Pet Adoption Made Easy

Lulu

Lulu- she is 3 years old- her birthday is April 19, 2022.

She is a very energetic girl, but she is also the sweetest girl, sometimes smiles for me.  She is very vocal and lets you know if you’re the tiniest bit late to feed her. With the right work/training I think she would enjoy tracking or trailing- it’s definitely in her genetics. Has been at the farm and had been exposed to cattle and horses. If you have any kind of farm birds and they get close to Lulu she will kill them. I’m fortunate enough to have separate areas for dogs and birds. Sometimes the birds will fly into or slip into the dog play area and they get nabbed.

She can be a food hog, but has gotten A LOT better with other dogs around to the point where she eats her food in peace and she leaves the other dog alone. Sometimes she still might try to hog the food after she’s done with hers, but it’s not often.  Never any aggression towards any people and does really well meeting new people in general. Hasn’t been around small kids, but with any small kids Id hope there would be supervision. Can be strong puller on a short leash, I use a really long lead if I have her on leash. Only time I have her on a short leash is when I take her to town. She isn’t a huge fan of traveling, but rides fine in the back seat.

Will need work/refreshed with being in the house full time- has been crated off and on.

No known medical issues, has had regular yearly exams. She’s current on vaccinations worming and microchipped. Weighs almost 100lbs. I’m downsizing/ restructuring my breeding program and that’s the reason Lulu is looking for a new family.

Sarge

Meet Sarge!  He’s around 4 years old.

He was returned to me back in October 2025 and I’ve been letting him adjust.

He was returned to me due to him getting in trouble in Omaha with nasty neighbors. Now bloodhounds are not known to be mean or aggressive with people, it’s not in their nature. These neighbors where sarge was at bugged him to many times and he nipped or Jumped on the neighbor and it was  just enough to break the skin a couple of times. And they went to the hospital and the hospital has to let law enforcement know and etc. Sarges owners were never provided any proof or pictures etc it was a he said she said ordeal.  With having law involved Sarges owners had three options

1) euthanasia

2) get a higher fence (not financially in the cards)

3) rehome

We decided for him to come back here with me per contract.

Sarge is fixed and up to date on everything. He was very very loved by his family. He knows basic obedience house trained kennel trained the whole works.  Loves to play with other dogs.

His primary caregiver was a woman and he does really well with me, and he done well with the male figure in the home.

He isn’t sure of my husband yet and grumbles at him but that’s as far as it’s gone. If you know hounds they are vocal/expressive dogs. I’m also not sure if his previous owners had males bugging him. I’ve had several people (friends/family) over and he’s always done well even when I take him to Bomgaars. He adores kids too!

Sarge is looking for someone who has experience in this kind of situation or someone who has the time and patience for him. He is still adjusting, bloodhounds can be really sensitive. I’ve been doing my best to give him the attention and guidance he needs.  I feel we are at a good place and it’s time to start looking to see if there is someone out there who may have what it takes to give sarge a new permanent home.

You can come meet him or I can travel about an hour away right now from the Inman/Oneill area for a meet greet.

Please if you have any questions let me know, he is a good boy and he deserves the perfect home to keep loving him.
